Refund Policy

Programs and coaching on 365Coachly are sold by independent coaches. The coach you bought from decides refunds for their own products. 365Coachly provides the tools and steps in if you and the coach cannot agree.

• Ask the coach first, in your messages with them. Most problems are solved there.
• A coach can refund a card payment in full from their dashboard. Refunds are for the whole amount; partial refunds are not available.
• The money goes back to the card you paid with. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• When a purchase is refunded, your access to it ends.
• Our platform fee on that sale is reversed along with the coach's share, so we keep nothing from a refunded sale.

Some coaches take payment themselves, for example by bank transfer, and then confirm it on 365Coachly. That money never passes through us, so we cannot send it back. Ask the coach for the refund directly. If you get nowhere, contact us and we will look at the coach's account.

• You can cancel any time from your account, without giving a reason.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Cancelling does not refund the current period. If you were charged for something you did not expect, contact the coach or us.

Give the coach 7 days to reply. If they have not, or you cannot agree, contact support with your order details and we will mediate. Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank: a chargeback freezes the order for weeks while it is decided, and we can usually help faster.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live. For example, if you live in the EU or the UK, you may have a legal right to cancel some online purchases within 14 days.
