Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. The short version
365Coachly does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. We keep only what the site needs to work, and we count visits anonymously only if you allow it.
lets you change your choice at any time.
2. What we store on your device
These are needed for the site to work, so they do not need your consent. None of them is a tracking cookie.
| Name | Where | What it is for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| fm_access, fm_refresh | Local storage | Keep you signed in | Until you sign out |
| coachly_consent_v1 | Local storage | Remember your choice in the cookie banner | Until you change it or clear site data |
| fm_signup_email | Session storage | Carry the email you typed on the homepage into the signup form | Deleted when you close the tab |
| fm_studio_tour_v1 | Local storage | Remember how far a coach got in the studio tour | Until you clear site data |
| coachly_install_snooze_until, coachly_install_shown_count | Local storage | Stop the "add to home screen" prompt from repeating | Until you clear site data |
| Offline copies | Browser cache | Keep the site's own images and styles, and the pages you opened, so it loads fast and still opens without a connection. Never your account data | Until the site updates them |
3. Analytics, only if you allow it
If you choose "Allow analytics", we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, a feature of our hosting provider. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It records the page, the site that sent you, your country, and your browser and device type, and tells visits apart with a code that is discarded after 24 hours. If you choose "Only essential", or make no choice, it does not run.
4. Other services you may meet on our pages
These companies set their own cookies under their own policies, and only in these situations:
- Google, on the sign-in and signup pages, where the "Sign in with Google" button is loaded from Google.
- Stripe, when you pay by card or a coach sets up payouts. Those pages are on Stripe's own website and use cookies to prevent fraud.
- cal.com, when you book a walkthrough and the booking calendar loads.
5. Clearing what we store
You can delete everything above from your browser settings (usually under "Clear site data"). You will be signed out, and the cookie banner will ask again on your next visit.
More about how we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
